Mobile web is growing apace, and more and more people will want to consume CharityJOB on the move.<div><br /></div><div>I am really impressed with what Ciaran (one of our in-house developers) has been able to build. In March we started meeting with Fortune Cookie. In July the designs were delivered. Finally, in mid-November the development was completed and the site launched!<br /><div><br /></div><div>The new site boasts a range of great new features, including a component-based design, forums, careers and company videos, and much more.</div><div><br /></div><div>Elements are personalised, with Recommended Jobs based on viewing habits as well as the job alert criteria. Success and leadership skills are normally directly related. But leadership is commonly misunderstood. People confuse it with management skills or will ordering people about. Of course it might include both those things to some extent, but at root it is far more than that. </div><div><br /></div><div>Leadership isn't even all about people. You can be a great leader even without any direct reports. And you can even be a great leader but have lousy people skills. (Let's face it, leaders sometimes trample on people to get their way.)</div><div><br /></div><div>At root leadership is about vision, and the ability to convert vision into action and completion. Thought leadership is as important as people skills.</div><div><br /></div><div>Are you the kind of person who makes things happen. Do you get things done. Do you take the initiative or do you wait for others to show the way.
